James Shaw, Jennie Wolek and Nikkia Dollar share their real life experiences with implementing these ONE Thing tools. There are SO many profound nuances in the dialogue here.
James’ comment about knowing where you are mid-week and mid-month was PROFOUND! It is so true that you can see the pacing and whether or not you are on track. My Aha was that if the carryover starts stacking up, pull out a blank GPS and GPS the 2 appointment goal. Break the week down to hours and minutes rather than months and weeks. Get to the bottom of how you need to change your routine and habits to get on the new trajectory. Take one month and solve the riddle – it will change your life.
Only thing I would add having just gone through certification as a ONE Thing trainer is that Jennie’s 411 is a mature version. It did not start out this full and detailed. A 411 page that looks like hers is layers upon layers of habits and growth. Success is sequential. Think big on your GPS and go small on your 411. Line up those dominos and trust they will fall. They will. Wins will add up. Time will do the heavy lifting.
