Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 4 cans (14.5oz each) – Del Monte Cut Green Beans
  • 2 cans (10.5oz each) – Campbell’s Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 cup Milk (or Half and Half)
  • 2 tsp. Soy Sauce (or Worcestershire Sauce)
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 2 – 6oz containers of French’s Crispy Fried Onions (crumble in a Ziploc bag to ensure uniformity)

Recipe:

  • Hold back one 6oz container of fried onions
  • Combine all remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl and fold together until well mixed
  • Place mixture in a 3 quart casserole dish – smooth top surface.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes; pull dish out and stir thoroughly. Bake for 5 more minutes or until bean mixture is bubbling hot throughout.
  • Sprinkle the 6oz container of fried onions on top and bake for 5 more minutes.
